Android First Look

After reading the OpenMoko soft-dev tutorial, it is now time to take a look at the newest member of the mobile development platform group, the Google Open Handset Alliance's Android. Here's what the Android is all about:



The SDK is now available for download and what is even better is that Google is even considering giving away a total of 10 million US dollars using the Android Developer Challenge. I just hope that we get our students to develop some cool apps using the SDK and maybe win some prizes. :)
