With today's launch of Apple's iPhone, most of the news available on-line (and off-line, for that matter) cover the iPhone and the Mac cult members who camped out to get one. I do not know with you but I am already sick of the news...
Whilst I'd love to get one for myself since I own a Macbook Pro, I pity those who want an iPhone but do not have a Windows PC or a Mac. linux users, unfortunately, are not important to Apple. I mean, the least Apple can do is to release some sort of open source library or heck, even a closed library, that will allow open source developers to create applications to interface with the iPod and now, the iPhone. Aren't you wondering why they're not doing it?
So, if you think that the iPhone is such as revolutionary device, then I think it is time that Linux users unite and ask Apple to support our platform. What do you say?
