Best way to select your Linux distribution
Filed in archive Finding The Right Linux For You by Rom Feria on July 1, 2008
Whilst each of us has his/her own favorite distribution, there are times when you tend to be curious as to why people are using other linux distros besides your favorite. It is quite cumbersome to find a spare computer and install and/or run each distribution just for comparison but don't fret, virtualization may just be able to help you. As a demonstration on how this can be done, LinuxJournal.com has produced a short video featuring several Linux distributions running inside a virtualized environment.

So, what do you think? Maybe someone will figure out a way to give us all major OS and Linux distributions in a single video, all running in a virtual environment. Are you up to it?
