From Ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04

Now that Ubuntu Hardy Heron (8.04 LTS) is out, there are installations running on the last version, 7.10. Whilst I normally just re-install the entire thing from scratch (after backing up all my configuration and user data, of course), there are times when this is just too much hassle. It is a good thing that HowToForge's falko has jumped the gun and provided us with a run-down on how to upgrade from 7.10 to 8.04.

The next question is - will I upgrade or start from scratch? :D
