FUD slinging
In another one of those microsoft technetlinks hosted blog entries, Jeff Jones wrote about the "July 2007 OS Vulnerability Scorecard", which definitely puts Microsoft OS as superior compared to the others, particularly Linux and Mac OS X.

It is obvious that this is another ploy to get enterprises to believe that Windows OS are far more secure (note: no OS is 100% secure) - which is often referred to as spreading FUD against Linux and others. Further scrutiny such as what DaniWeb's happygeek has done, just shows that it is indeed FUD.

So, believe what you want but I think that HackItLinux readers know that its is plain and simple FUD.
