Devices

We all know that Apple's iPhone's claim to fame is its multi-touch technology (among other things but this one takes the cake). Mobile phone manufacturers are now trying to get the same user experience into their devices. Now, Linux-based devices will not be that far behind. Heck, Linux-based smartphones may even have something better.
Trolltech, in partnership with F-Origin, now provides an iPhone-like motion control to its Qtopia embedded linux platform.

Now, one can only wonder how soon these Linux-based devices will hit the market. I am still hoping that these is one such device that will compete against the iPhone head-to-head but has an open architecture.
