Getting back your WiFi connection
Whilst I do not have a portable computer running Ubuntu (actually, this is a lie because I do have one but Ubuntu is running as a guest OS on Mac OS X hehehe), I do understand the frustrations of having your network cardlinks rendered useless after upgrading to the latest and greatest version of your favorite distribution. If you are like me who prefers Ubuntu, then I reckon that you are one of those who had issues after upgrading from Edgy to Feisty. Don't fret, I found just the solution for the problem (if you have not found it yet!).

Matt Harley, of Linux Fanatics, figured out how to make your RT2500 chipset based wireless card work with Ubuntu version 7.04, code-named Feisty Fawn.

What are you waiting for? Follow the steps and enjoy untethered wifi access today!
