Give One, Get One Program Extended

Filed in archive Devices by Rom Feria on November 24, 2007

The One-Laptop-Per-child (OLPC) program has started accepting orders from individuals in the US. Dubbed "Give One, Get One", the program accepts orders for one XO Laptop at USD399 and gives another XO Laptop for free to a child in a developing nation (USD200 of your "donation" is tax-deductible). IN addition, you get one-year T-Mobile WiFi subscription bundled. Not bad, I'd say.

Now, if only someone can help me get my hands on one (hey, I live in a developing nation and I have kids! hehe), I'd surely appreciate it. :)

Here's hoping that my editors can help me - it's Christmas anyway. ho-ho-ho
