Google Desktop for Linux
Google first released their Google Desktop for Windows and followed by the Mac. Today, we now have Google Desktop for Linux. I have tried Google Desktop on the Mac but decided to uninstall it in favor of the built-in Spotlight desktop searchlinks. I am not sure if Linux users who are using Beagle will do the same thing.

Let me know which one you prefer, ok?
