I know that you will all agree with me that we just cannot have enough storage to store our files. The thing is, our computers, whether portable or desktop, can only support a limited number of hard disk drives. What if you need more and worse, if you need to share it with others in your home networklinks? Well, a NAS, or network-attached storage device, might just be the key. Whilst there are various solutions that cost you an arm and a leg, FreeNAS, a FreeBSD based NAS, provides you with a cheaper alternative and here's a quick tip on how to do it.
