How many times have you found yourself pulling your hair because your brand new laptop does not fully support your favorite Linux distribution, or worse, any distribution?! Add this to corporate purchases that often take a long time to process only to find out that you're stuck with Windows!

Well, tuxmobil just updated their list of laptop make and models together with the different distributions of Linux that work on it. Pretty nifty, I must say. NO more experimentation or second guessing if your IT department's prescribed laptop will support your favorite distribution.

So, is your laptop in the list?

    and find a preinstallation of linux in their vendor database. Then you’ll be sure to have a fully supported laptop!
