Results of the 2007 Desktop Linux Survey

Not too long ago, I asked you to stand-up and be counted. I hope that our readers were able to participate in the 2007 DesktopLinux.com survey.

Well, the results are in and surprise, surprise! Ubuntu still comes up on top as the preferred distribution of those who answered the survey.

Results of the 2007 Desktop Linux Survey

It might be related to the preference of the distribution but GNOME is the preferred desktop environment. It seems like KDE is loosing its grip here. GNOME is also my preferred environment on Solaris. tsk tsk.
