Ubuntu webcam security
I have been trying to find ways to maximize the use of webcams on computers and this Tutoriallinks on setting up webcams as security monitoring tool is excellent. Just make sure that you have the proper drivers for your webcam - not all webcams are Linux-friendly.

Now, off to testing this myself!
