Webcam Drivers

Webcams on Linux are like robots with a mind of their own, i.e., they just won't cooperate! Unfortunately, webcams are a staple for notebooks and for desktops these days - thanks to fast broadband speeds, public wifi hotspots, etc. It is even more important for telecommuting folks! :)

Unfortunately, webcams do not often work flawlessly on Linux. Drivers tend to be picky. However, thanks to GSPCA, more drivers now support more webcam models. See for yourself:



Now, if only it will work with Seesmic, then netbookslinks will be the best platform for live video streaming, don't you think?
