XP on XO

Filed in archive Devices by Rom Feria on December 15, 2007

With the XO Laptop already taking in orders from individuals, I am sure that people will start tinkering with the hardware by installing alternative operating systems. Whilst I really do not recommend installing anything but Linux on the XO Laptop, I figured that I might as well feature this blog entry on installing Windows on it. No, hell did not freeze over - just doing something in the spirit of Christmas. :)

Anyway, I am still figuring out how I can get my hands on one. Maybe my American friends can help get me one. :) If and when I get one, I will definitely try to install Ubuntu on it. No, not Windows.:P
