Xubuntu on Pandora

Filed in archive Hacks by Rom Feria on September 30, 2008

The little open-platform gaming device, Pandora, is now available for pre-orders. At USD329.99, it seems like a good steal. I wish I have extra funds to get one but I am waiting for the next-gen Macbook Pros but that is a different story.

Anyway, have you ever thought of how Xubuntu looks like on a small touch-sensitive screen? Well, here's a user who was able to hack Xubuntu into the Pandora device.

Next step can be porting Google's Android on this platform. I wonder if Java runs on it, too. :)
